Internally, we have targeted talent development programs for employees at different stages of their career development to build skills and competencies, foster training, support people to own career development, scale up organization for growth and execution.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will do follow up BOM in SAP, material purchasing delivery follow, and inventory set up, coordinate with every function to enhance planning efficiency and abnormal handling.</li><li>You will be responsible for production planning based on orders/forecast and VMI requirements, and production capacity, equipment status, raw material supply status, following up and monitoring production plan implementation status, follow up material, equipment, workshop and customer order, resolve the issues found in the process on time.</li><li>You will be responsible for work order management, refresh and maintain production plan strategy, routing, standard workhour and work center information in SAP, working with SCM, CSS team to ensure material timely delivery, especially abroad vendors.</li><li>You will be securing reasonable delivery schedule from subcontract.</li><li>You will do NCR handling, GR issue and invoice issue handling, payment in time.</li><li>You will be replying to delivery date inquiry quickly according to material supply status and production schedule, responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>You hold bachelor’s degree or above.</li><li>Willing to work experience in production planning position in manufacturing industry, </li><li>Good knowledge of process mapping.</li><li>Good experience of problem solving and capable of leading and learning.
