The Manager Inventory and Demand Planning will play an important role in driving continious improvement across EMEA.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Demand Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the EMEA region using historical data, market trends, and sales input. </li><li>Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. </li><li>Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products. </li><li>Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations. </li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management and implement corrective actions as needed. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in demand planning and inventory management. </li><li>Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance to senior management. </li></ul>
