We have an exciting range of ongoing projects including Hillerod Hospital Denmark, Cambridge Children’s Hospital, Royal Marsden and Shrewsbury &amp; Telford Women and Children’d Hospital.Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Support leadership and development of the team of Structural Engineers, within the UK Healthcare Team</li><li>Manage your own projects</li><li>Manage and undertake design work from concept through to detailed design ensuring technical excellence, always maintaining outstanding levels of client service</li><li>Act in the capacity of structural engineering project manager, to allocate resource appropriately and co-ordinate the tasks so all deadlines are met</li><li>Work as part of a team of Structural Engineers, frequently working with colleagues from other engineering disciplines, e.g. MEP, civils and geo-tech</li><li>Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team</li><li>Develop and oversee structural engineering concepts and design philosophies</li><li>Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings</li><li>Communicate designs to team members and construction sites</li><li>Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero carbon, innovative and quality advisory and design services</li><li>Visit sites to support development of structural engineering designs or review contract works in progress</li><li>Take an active role in technical groups and team meetings to support continuous improvement</li><li>Take ownership and deliver on team improvement initiatives</li></ul> Your new teamYou will be part of an expanding and dynamic team.
