The role would have global responsibilities. Preference for the role to be based in Raleigh, NC our North America headquarters but open to remote work.The Global Engineering Process Digital Transformation Manager for overseeing and leading  the End-to- End  engineering process within the Business Unit (BU) from creating a tender to support the marketing quotation activity to providing Bills of Materials to manufacturing/factory by using Lean methodologies and Digital Transformation to support standardization, improve speed and quality to customers/marketing and internally to Opex/Procurement support framework for Design anywhere Manufacture anywhere, Improve optimization etc. This role focuses on ensuring process efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the role emphasizes value stream process improvements, reduction of manual processes, and developing requirements for platform and tool teams to enhance the speed and quality of tools.
