You’ll work closely with Design Managers and discipline leads to help coordinate multi-disciplinary design efforts, while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.You will assist with:<ul><li>Organizing and managing design processes for small to medium-scale projects</li><li>Supporting design managers with planning and defining scopes, schedules, and information flow</li><li>Coordinating with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely resolution of issues</li><li>Preparing and updating logs, trackers, and reports for design deliverables, RFIs, risks, and changes</li><li>Reviewing deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirements</li><li>Maintaining documentation and helping drive design efficiency across projects</li></ul>What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking motivated graduates with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills who are eager to develop a career in design management.
