This role reports into our Manager, People Operations on the HR Systems &amp; Benefits team. As part of our HR Systems &amp; Benefits team, you will be involved in onboarding, offboarding, data audits, payroll reporting, and continuing to build our Payroll Function, in partnership with all HR teams, supporting a growing factory workforce. Relocation assistance is available.<h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Backup resource to Senior Payroll Administrator for processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, reviewing timecards for accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>Process audits by providing documentation and reports related to payroll transactions</li><li>Support payroll-related inquiries from employees through online ticketing system</li><li>Collaborate with broader HR teams to ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of employees in payroll system, including supporting employees in person</li><li>Assist Senior Payroll Administrator with payroll tax reporting and year end processing, including W-2s</li><li>General administrative support to broader HR Systems &amp; Benefits team as needed</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>2+ years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration</li><li>Experience with ADP preferred </li><li>Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, timely and clear written and verbal communication, understanding payroll timelines, roles and responsibilities </li><li>Ability to be onsite in Weirton, WV at minimum 3 days a week, schedule may occasionally vary depending on necessity to support shift workers at the factory</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid#LI-JM2Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
