<p>We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Safety, Health &amp; Environment - Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical site based role you will be responsible for driving safety, health, and environmental excellence across our project, ensuring compliance with local and international standards while promoting sustainable practices.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety, health, and environmental (SHE) strategies for infrastructure project</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the safety of personnel and minimize environmental impact</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of SHE policies, procedures, and best practices</li><li>Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on SHE matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards</li><li>Analyze SHE performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE considerations into project planning and execution</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to SHE protocols</li><li>Develop and deliver SHE training programs to enhance awareness and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the SHE field, particularly within the infrastructure sector</li><li>Represent the organization in industry forums and engage with regulatory bodies on SHE matters</li></ul>
