AECOM is seeking a creative an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead interdisciplinary building design projects within our Boston office serving the East Region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, design-focused environment, working on impactful projects in the Aviation and Federal market sectors.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle—from conceptual studies through full design and construction administration. You’ll lead diverse teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary client contact, managing daily communications, expectations, and relationships.</li><li>Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams throughout project design and delivery.</li><li>Develop project execution strategies, review contracts, and prepare fee proposals.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality across multiple complex projects.</li><li>Track project performance, identify and mitigate scope creep, delays, or quality issues.</li><li>Manage sub-consultants: define scope, negotiate fees, track deliverables and performance.</li><li>Oversee project documentation in compliance with AECOM’s project management framework.</li><li>Partner with Market Leaders and Project Approvers to ensure technical and design excellence, client satisfaction, and financial success.</li></ul>
