The SH&amp;E Advisor will be responsible with identifying SH&amp;E requirements. With the ability to assess and monitor compliance requirements and alignment with local SH&amp;E legislative and regulatory obligations, as well as project and AECOM business requirements. Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the field/project point of contact for SH&amp;E-related matters.</li><li>Identify AECOM, project, and legislative requirements and ensure stakeholder compliance.</li><li>Conduct daily inspections of contractor activities to ensure adherence to SH&amp;E policies, plans, and obligations.</li><li>Perform daily visual inspections, report issues, and submit observation findings to the contractor via the project reporting system. Follow up on close-outs within established timeframes.</li><li>Under general supervision, perform technical work across a wide range of environmental, health, and safety disciplines to maintain compliance with ES&amp;H standards, as well as federal and state regulations.</li><li>Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to environmental specialty with demonstrated knowledge.</li><li>Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.</li><li>Monitor and mitigate hazards and health risks present in the work environment.</li><li>Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints related to workplace hazards.</li></ul>
