Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review project plans, employer requirement, and project Contract(s).</li><li>Manage, review, negotiate, and approve contract terms and conditions.</li><li>Establish and monitor project delivery schedules, progress, client contact and suppliers.</li><li>Review project contract estimates, proposed materials, and production costs.</li><li>Ensure that all project records are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Attend project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting and project status reports.</li><li>Comply with the SMEC’s standard.</li><li>Comply with the contract law standard and regulations.</li><li>Work closely with Project Director, Project Manager, and all other technical personnel.</li><li>Perform reasonable other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Supervisor</li></ul>Key Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree of Engineering course or equivalent</li><li>With at least 5 to10 years’ work experience in the same field</li><li>Knowledgeable in contract law and principles</li><li>Has strong negotiation skills and attention to details</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities</li><li>Willing to accept Project-base status</li><li>Willing to be assigned in Manila</li></ul>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
