They are responsible for delivering high quality service to ensure enhanced machine performance and an excellent customer experience.  We are looking for a field service engineer local to our Charlotte, NC office to support Customers within North America. Primary Job Functions:<ul><li>Field Service Operations (60%) – Perform commissioning, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, and repair across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.</li><li>Technical Support &amp; Consultation (20%) – Provide expert consultation on customer plant systems, remote and on-site support for technical issues, and sorter performance troubleshooting.</li><li>Training &amp; Knowledge Sharing (10%) – Conduct machine and maintenance training for customers and service personnel, while supporting the development of team members.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation (5%) – Deliver detailed field reports after each customer visit or technical intervention.</li><li>Continuous Improvement &amp; On-Call Support (5%) – Provide on-call technical phone support, field response, and contribute ideas for process and efficiency improvements.</li></ul>
