Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.  Reimagine What’s Possible Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead electrical maintenance engineer  activities, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance.</li><li>Supervise team members to achieve targets and objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental procedures.</li><li>Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions to enhance plant reliability.</li><li>Manage documentation and cost control for maintenance activities.</li><li>To lead all Electrical maintenance activities in the High and medium Voltage systems, including preventative, corrective, and Predictive based maintenance, scheduled outages, planning for shutdowns, and overhauling work activities; Organizing maintenance, troubleshooting and modification of all HV systems ( SCADA, PMS, PSA, Protection, Power Transformers, Switchgears, GCBs, IPB, ..) in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and machinery reliability.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>12-15 years of maintenance experience in power systems and HV substations.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in maintenance software, preferably SAP.</li><li>Experience in refining, chemical, and petrochemical equipment.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
