Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package (including pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)</li><li>Flexible working environment</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement with the option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ additional days</li><li>Focus on ongoing professional development</li><li>Paid time off for volunteering and community work</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme promoting health and well-being</li></ul>What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within industries that rely on advanced temperature control systems.</li><li>Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for temporary power and HVAC equipment.</li><li>Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.</li><li>Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.</li><li>Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.</li><li>Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.</li><li>Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.</li><li>CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.</li><li>Process Compliance: Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Strong experience in a technical selling environment</li><li>Experience working with Temperature Control or Power equipment</li><li>Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment</li><li>Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams</li><li>Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust</li></ul>Bring your energy.
