We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Administration of our existing equity compensation programs</li><li>Partner with senior leaders and business partners to drive and ensure the success of Archer's compensation programs</li><li>Assist in preparing materials for Comp Committee and Board of Director meetings</li><li>Evaluate pay for executives and top management and perform benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages are competitive</li><li>Provide analytics and support in all aspects of executive compensation</li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Stock Administration, Finance and other members of the  People Team CoE  to provide data and help prepare compensation related materials</li><li>Perform ad hoc analysis and planning to continuously improve our compensation programs and processes</li><li>Use strong communication and analytical skills to drive understanding of compensation philosophies, practices and administration among leaders, managers to assist in cascading to all levels of the organization</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in a U.S. public company, preferably at high-growth company</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a deep interest in analyzing data to drive sound decision-making</li><li>Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands</li><li>Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations, including job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and incentive plan design</li><li>Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, continuously changing, fast-paced environment</li><li>Critical thinking and collaborative problem solving skills that contribute to the greater success of the function and drive desired organizational results</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
