Job Description:Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including balance sheet account reconciliations, coordination and support for annual audits (internal and external), as well as review of financial reports as needed;</li><li>Prepare reports on the Company’s financial position, including balance sheet and income statement variances, with communication of financial results to management;</li><li>Review monthly financial statements in accordance with Brazilian and U.S. accounting principles – BRGAAP and USGAAP;</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and coordination in the preparation of budget forecasts for income and cash flow, including proposing improvements to optimize results;</li><li>Improve systems and procedures, as well as initiate corrective actions;</li><li>Review calculation and compliance of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations;</li><li>Ensure control and proper accounting of additions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets;</li><li>Analyze expenses, monthly balance sheets, and monthly project profit and loss statements.
