In the past 20 years, IDC has secured more than 200 international papers and 150+ patents.Ability to lead a team with strong management skills, to deliver the value expected from the team.  The team manager is expected to define and implement both long-term and short-term strategies, for the team, as per the overall organization strategy.How you will make an impact:<ul><li>Lead cross-functional project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control and Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with the line/program management responsible.</li><li>You will drive the development of multiple product roadmap items with the R&amp;D technical team and all cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>You develop accurate, comprehensive, and regular reporting about R&amp;D projects and stakeholder management.</li><li>Drive the implementation of the backlog in a transparent and efficient way and ensure quality and timeliness of releases.</li><li>You will be responsible for scope definition, budget estimation and planning of the different R&amp;D projects.</li><li>You will set up and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers.</li><li>Collect and clarify requirements and drive prioritization with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Responsible for risk and opportunity management and change control within the projects.</li><li>You will support the roll-out of releases to supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, and ensure smooth handover to the operational organization.</li><li>You will support the R&amp;D organization in continuously improving the processes and ways of working towards increasingly lean and agile methods.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>University degree in technical fields (Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar) with &gt;5 years of experience.</li><li>Required &gt;3 years of technical project management experience including full lifecycle developments; all aspects from initial research &amp; development, specifications development, concept development, design, testing &amp; validation, qualification, and industrialization.</li><li>Experience in product development project management in a multisite and global team environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of Scrum framework or similar Agile-Lean stage gate frameworks.</li><li>Experience in EV charging is a plus.</li><li>Experience of product development projects in the Automotive industry using or knowledge of APQP (incl.
