If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p>The<strong> Sr. Analyst, Incentive Planning</strong> is responsible for helping to design, implement and optimize sales incentive programs to drive sales and performance within the sales force.  </p><p>This Sr. Analyst, Incentive Planning role plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of programs that maximize sales and motivates/rewards the sales teams and individuals, with an emphasis on efficient spend.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, incentive planning, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and deliver regular reports and presentations on competitive offers, transaction prices, incentive spend, etc.</li><li>Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales incentives.</li><li>Coordinate the cross-functional rollout of sales incentives, providing ongoing communication and updates regarding incentive program changes or updates.</li><li>Address questions and concerns from sales teams regarding incentives.</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sales incentives.</li><li>Generate regular reports and dashboards to track commission program performance.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales commissions.</li><li>Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for program improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).</li><li>3+ years in automotive incentive programs, sales operations, compensation, or commission programs</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to incentives, sales compensation and commissions.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills.</li></ul><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
