If an applicant can otherwise demonstrate their suitability for the role they will be considered.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Monthly and quarterly reporting and fund accounting for the Private Equity &amp; Real estate funds.</li><li>Onboarding of new funds.</li><li>Maintenance and review of accounting records on Apollo systems.</li><li>Having knowledge of Private Equity / Real Estate Fund Structures.</li><li>Development of fund metrics and outcome analysis.</li><li>Calculation of management fees and carried interest, Waterfalls etc.</li><li>Assisting in the quarterly valuation process, quarterly close, LP reporting, and financial statements.</li><li>Liaison with external auditors with regards to statutory fund audits (US GAAP / IFRS etc.).</li><li>Review, allocation and approval of invoices and expenses, process wires etc.</li><li>Collaborating with Apollo colleagues across New York, India, and London.</li><li>Ad Hoc Projects - New products, Process &amp; System enhancements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Qualified Accountants with 5-7 years of experience.</li><li>Fund finance/ Fund Administration experience in a global organization.</li><li>Preparation &amp; review of Funds NAV’s &amp; Investor allocations including waterfall calculations.</li><li>Audit support, Preparation &amp; review of Funds Financials under US GAAP/ IFRS.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.</li><li>Individual must be diligent and work well in a team environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.</li><li>A forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards.</li><li>Preference for prior experience on Investran/ VPM.</li><li>Highly skilled in MS Office applications</li></ul>
