And that’s where you come in.About The Role Accountabilities:<ul><li>Coordinate the planning and activities for test and commissioning localized in Brussels</li><li>Develop reports and metrics for monitoring and reporting status of all planned activities across multiple project phases</li><li>Support the local test and commissioning lead in preparing correspondence and formal responses to the end client</li><li>Ensure effective collaboration for the planning and preparation of continuous client demonstrations, site testing, and laboratory testing</li><li>Organize the feedback from testing campaigns on-site and in the lab effectively using a defined defect management and reporting process</li><li>Development of site test procedures including creation, review, and client acceptance</li></ul>About Your ProfileRequired Skills/ Knowledge<ul><li>Expertise using project management practices and tools  </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and continuously evaluating the short-term and long-term priorities of the test and commissioning team’s activities</li><li>Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize workloads independently and proactively</li><li>Strong Testing acumen with the ability to generate, review, and execute test cases in a Linux based software environment</li><li>Strong Networking knowledge and troubleshooting</li><li>Strong IT skills, in particular high proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Project)  </li><li>Strong written skills, excellent written English and able to produce precise and concise reports and meeting notes</li><li>Ability to understand Hitachi Rail’s core and digital products and solutions</li></ul>Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science).Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a technical software leadership role preferably test oriented.Languages: Good level of English and French, both technical and fluent, which allows you to evolve easily in our international and multicultural environment.
