Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Coordinates and supervises the Process engineering activities to meet the required output for SQDC using the plant resources</li><li>Established the production standard methods  for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main).</li><li>Develops and maintains updated the necesary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).</li><li>Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.</li><li>Assist the maintenance department in solving issues, search and implement improvement activities on machines and/or production equipment.</li><li>Confirms that the BOM  is met and submit periodic recommendations and/or changes of is needed to keep updated the material comsumption.</li><li>Established and/or participates in continuos improvement projects (Kaisen, Lean system, VPS, projects, 6 sigma, etc).</li><li>Audits current processes to improve the efficiency of methods.</li><li>Is responsibble for the initial issuance of the PFMEA.</li><li>Coordinates updating the PFMEA according to the revision and update schedule to improve the process performance.</li><li>Assures that process capability is met ith established methods and develops actions to improve and/or correct them if is needed.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Similar.</li><li>6 or more years experience on the manufacturing processes, preferably on rubber molding, assembly processes and automation, programing of PLC, Robots, Cobots.</li><li>Manufacturing process definition for costing (Process Engineering Process Map), Lean methodology production process (VPS Tools), Manufacturing process principles (assembly or mixing or bonding or plastic or MCU or vulcanization) and process steps (process desing, specification book and process release), Designing of tools and equipment, knowledge about tool manufacturing an tool maintenance IATF, Core Tools, PFMEA and interpretation of drawing GD&amp;T.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
