Each Area Manager will be assigned a Key Unifying Process (KUP) and be responsible to become the site subject matter expert, work with the other Area Managers and implement that System or KUP across the plant.  The Area Managers will champion the implementation of strategies to indoctrinate the culture required to achieve the plant Vision, Mission and Values and delivering objectives for their respective areas via truly empowered and supported teams. Responsible for leading change efforts within the plant to meet BOSK manufacturing standards. <p>BlueOval SK is a historic investment between two global companies, Ford Motor Company and SK On, who share the ambitious vision of electrifying the future of mobility. Together, they invested a total of $11.4 billion dollars to form a Joint Venture company called BlueOval SK.
