Your position is to provide timely delivery of products to our Air Products customers in a safe and compliant manner, within agreed processes and procedures. You will embrace Air Products core safety values, being the safest gas company in the world. This role provides a front-line business-critical activity, being part of the Air Products team supporting our continuing customer relationship, which improves retention on a long-term basis.Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Adherence to all safety rules, processes, and procedures, as safety is a condition of employment.</li><li>Pre &amp; Post vehicle check in-line with DVSA guidelines, and Air Products standards.</li><li>Successful completion of all LearnEx and regulatory training as required.</li><li>Maintain tachograph infringement level in-line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations, and Air Products standards, whereby regular feedback, monitoring and coaching will be provided to ensure full compliance.</li><li>Other expected requirements in-line with Annex to Air Products Standard Services and Terms and Conditions of Employment for: Customer Service Operatives</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications <ul><li>Licence minimum category C1 and FLT preferred</li><li>Proven driving experience (Where required) and min three years consecutive driving experience.</li><li>Valid (in date) ADR Training Certificate 2,3,8 minimum (refreshed every 5 years)</li><li>Valid (in date) Driver's CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and evidence of current Periodic Training Status (where applicable)</li><li>Proven track record of working within a safety-first environment</li><li>Able to work under own initiative with excellent communication skills</li><li>Proven track record of ability to drive in a professional manner, and to achieve best in class performance relating to safety and efficiency monitored and supported by digital vehicle data</li><li>You will need licence to cover 7.5t and FLT licence delivering and collecting cylinders to customers throughout Central Belt.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
