Here are some of the perks and rewards.· A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) · Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘· A focus on continued personal development· Cycle to Work scheme· Paid time off work for volunteering in the community· Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat you’ll do:<ul><li>· Servicing and maintenance of equipment (i.e. Oil Free Air Electric and Diesel Powered Compressors, Dryers, Air Receivers and ancillaries)</li><li>· Perform major equipment repairs, carry out troubleshooting and fault diagnostics</li><li>· Ensuring that equipment is prepared and made ready for hire or transfer on time</li><li>· Strive to continuously improve service delivery and quality, ensuring equipment allocated meets business contract requirements</li><li>· Carry out routine servicing of test plant in the depot, liaise with suppliers, internal procurement and Inventory teams to maintain stock levels</li><li>· Comply with company QHSE procedures, maintaining awareness of all regulations to maintain a safe working environment</li><li>· Provide technical support to Aggreko staff and when required to customers, supporting apprentice development and sharing expertise with local team</li><li>· Opportunity to progress into new fields such as Temperature Control (Fluid Chillers), steam generators, diesel IDF heaters and diesel boilers.</li><li>· Training and development to achieve F-Gas (Category 1) | City &amp; Guilds 2079-11 to support progression with Temperature Control Products.</li><li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>· Technical capability</li><li>· A City and Guilds/ONC level 3 qualification or equivalent</li><li>· Good level of PC literacy including basic MS Office applications</li><li>· Well organised and capable of keeping vehicle to GSCS standards</li><li>· Able to manage a client’s expectations when under pressure</li></ul> Bring your energy.
