Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Planning and coordination of a Field Service Engineers team;</li><li>Proactive service and spare parts sales to end-customers;</li><li>Developing good long-term relations with customers;</li><li>Preparation of proposals, service contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents;</li><li>Administration of warranty claims;</li><li>To ensure that all Field Service Engineers are properly equipped with working tools, technical documentation, and labor safety equipment;</li><li>To ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to on site as per the GEA &amp; QHSE and local law requirements;</li><li>To develop effective cooperation with sales department.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Technical/Engineering University degree;</li><li>2 year experience in service of industrial equipment;</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical documentation, like manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, etc.;</li><li>Advanced computer user, strong knowledge of MS Office;</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills;</li><li>Excellent attention to details;</li><li>Good communication and influencing skills;</li><li>Good multitasking skills;</li><li>Driver’s license, category B;</li><li>English language – B1, B2 level;</li><li>Readiness to travel within Ukraine.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
