Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great InnovationWe seek for " Purchasing Specialist " who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our Dilovası location with below qualificationsHow you will make an impact: <ul><li>Creating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions in alignment with standard procedures and confirm the delivery date in ERP system once order acknowledgement form is received from suppliers</li><li>Purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms</li><li>Monitoring supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, etc.) and collaborate with Supply Chain and Supplier Quality &amp; Development teams in case of any supplier performance issues</li><li>Monitoring inventory levels and taking necessary actions for inventory optimization such as safety stock &amp; lot size optimization, open purchase order postponement or cancellation etc.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities</li><li>Sharing the NCR details with suppliers, ensure that corrective actions have been taken in supplier side and collaborate with Quality and Supplier Quality &amp; Development teams about supplier development opportunities</li><li>Initiate new vendor creation process from MDG (Master Data Governance) system</li><li>Tracking open purchase orders on a daily basis in order to ensure supplier COTD</li><li>Checking GRIR list on a daily basis and take necessary actions in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) system, collaborate with accounting team about open items in VIM system</li><li>Prepare related periodic reports and perform standard &amp; ad hoc analysis</li></ul>Your Background:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) would be considered a plus.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing</li><li>Proficiency in both written and verbal English language</li><li>Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office applications</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical and follow-up skills</li><li>A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach</li></ul>More About Us:We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
