<ul><li> Ensure all costs relating to vehicle refurbishment are documented correctly to aid in repricing of vehicle</li></ul><ul><li>Document Assessment records for all churned vehicles Responsible for the management of all churned vehicles</li></ul><ul><li>Assess all vehicles and determine the refurbishment requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Analyse cost for refurbishment for action by the Vehicle Maintenance Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely recertification of all churned vehicles to meet SOP requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise the check-out process of recertified vehicles</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure adherence to rules and regulations for the refurbishment teams</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure Refurbishment Operations are focused and aligned with MAX’s business goals</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely recertification of all deactivated vehicles to meet the timelines specified in the SOP documents.</li></ul><ul><li>Create, fill, and manage job cards for churned vehicles marked for refurbishment</li></ul><ul> <li>Document all refurbished vehicles on the appropriate Application and ensure that adequate data is provided for pricing and reactivation</li> <li>Develop and maintain effective relationships with all staff </li> </ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace</li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of fleet management</li></ul><ul><li>Critical and Analytical thinking</li></ul><ul><li>Accuracy and Attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Confidentiality and Thoroughness </li></ul><ul> <li> Minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline. </li> <li>Mechanical Engineering is Preferred</li> <li>3 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in Fleet Maintenance </li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive pay &amp; benefits </li> <li>Premium Health insurance cover</li> <li>Consistent Learning and Development</li> </ul>
