Senior Cell Engineer Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for the design and development of lithium metal cells, sample trial production verification, performance evaluation, and realization of the company's product development goals</li><li>Responsible for cell sample preparation follow-up, test communication, performance anomaly and failure analysis</li><li>Responsible for the documentation from the development of new cell products to mass production</li><li>Responsible for following up power cell customer projects, decomposing customer needs, communicating and discussing client technology, and managing project technical progress</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., experience in lithium-ion battery, solid state battery is preferred</li><li>More than 5 years of power cell project development experience, leading or participating in the development of more than one power cell project</li><li>Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cell and solid cell</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Good team communication skills</li><li>Project management experience or ability is preferred</li></ul>
